Lou Lux Cancellation Policy

At Lou Lux, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances while ensuring our commitment to providing exceptional service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations Made Two Weeks Before the Scheduled Event:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.

2. Cancellations Made One Week Before the Scheduled Event:

  • 75% Refund: Cancellations made within one week (7 days) but more than 48 hours before the scheduled event will receive a 75% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 25% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations Made 48 Hours Before the Scheduled Event:

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for cancellations made during this period.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time based on availability.
